Excellent! I totally get that, we had a similar growth process when we jumped from a hobby garden into real production! It'll be fine, though, it's just more of what you all ready know! The tougher part is learning how to deal with all the excess and balancing all the simultaneous harvests in a timely way. You'll be fine, though! Good luck this season and thanks for your comment.

Exciting!!!
I am gearing up to start brussel sprouts soon, and was telling my husband that I am actually having a slight feeling of trepidation in doing so....I know once I start those, then it will be only a matter of days/weeks til I start the next seeds and the next and so forth. Then comes the hard part of keeping them alive until ready to plant outside!!!! Feeling slightly silly at myself, because I have never felt anxious over previous years of smaller gardens. But those other years I was always confident in our crops, and they ended up being small yields. So I think a big part is that those past sub-par years makes me a little anxious to try a bigger garden, and being disappointed at the end.....
