We’ve got another pre-season present for all of you! We’ve always wanted to be able to offer our extensive post history in the context of the topics we discuss. Well, we finally figured out how we can do it!
We recognize that many of you have extremely busy summers, just like we do. But, in the winter months, you might want to know everything we said about broccoli, greenhouses, temperature control or maybe tomatoes!
Many of you may not know this, but we replicate our seasonal Facebook posts to our site’s blog. This is mostly for those readers who aren’t on Facebook. But, it’s also to “perennialize” the content we have created. Honestly, Facebook is a graveyard for anything produced before yesterday. Yet, these seasonal posts are packed with tons of perfectly good info.
Well, we now have a category page on our site where you can find (almost) all of our post history, broken down by the subject matter. So, no matter what it is you’re looking for, you can easily find interesting topics and (almost) everything we’ve ever said about it! Link down in the comments!
I know a lot of you would love it if we posted all year long. That’s just not something we can do, we necessarily architect our time over the entire year to accomplish different projects and objectives. But, something like this will hopefully “scratch the itch” and provide us a middle ground!
This effort also helped us know that we’ve now discussed at least 170 unique gardening topics! We have also provided over SEVEN HUNDRED 1-minute reads since 2023 when we first started this dual-posting thing!
This is a huge step forward to making our content more accessible, a core part of our mission here at Frosty Garden. Something like this might seem “elementary,” but it took a fair bit of learning more about PHP coding, a thing I am not good at. But, in the end, it does exactly what we wanted!
Hope you enjoy!
